Fictitious is a community collaboration of creative writing projects.

Projects can be almost anything. You might be doing a one week project of Steampunk Cthulhu drabbles, a month-long 2,000 word rewriting of Moby Dick, or an ongoing wiki of alien pastry recipes. The number of people submitting to each Project will usually be limited to a manageable amount.

Ideas for Projects are put forward as Pitches. The Pitch is the first step in decided a new Project and provides information about it, such as duration, word count, number of participants needed, and a description of the idea. If you’re interested in taking part in a Project leave a comment letting the Pitcher know.

If enough people are interested, a Pitch gets flagged as Active, with a To Do date.

Taking Part

Please note that it’s very important that you’re happy to meet the Project requirements, such as deadlines and feedback. If you’re interested, but would prefer a slightly different word length, time limit, etc. leave a comment and discuss with the Pitcher.
